Imitation Doesn’t look good on you

theres A popular saying “Imitation is sincerest form of flattery”. i think thats bullshit. maybe it starts off that way, in beginning it’s cute “awe i inspired them” or “i must be doing something right for people to try and Imitate it” but what happens when it becomes a habit, when they shift from being your shadow to a whole clone. theres a word for this in the spiritual community it’s called a destiny swapping. a good example of this is kim kardashian and paris hilton. back in the early 2000s paris hilton was the it girl and kim was just part of her entourage, she was just some girl in the background. but overtime kim started to not just follow paris around she started to act like her, dress like her, and even date the same guys as her. kim kardashian was given access to paris’s energy and lifestyle and suddenly kim was no longer in her shadow but she was now a paris hilton 2.0. i think it’s sick, You’ve spent so many years going Though hardships, bad makeup trends, and questionable fashion choices to prefect your style and figure out who you are only for someone to swoop in last Minute and copy the final product. but here we are and what can we do about it? well for starters stop telling everyone your plans- losers love nothing more than to see someone’s plans fall Though. spiritually you can call back your power, your energy, or even do a cord cutting. a cord cutting is when you take two candles one symbolizing you while the other Symbolizing a specific person or a collective. you’re going to want to wrap the candles in twine and set your intention- thats the most important part- then you light both candles and watch as the cord Tying you both together burns. this wont harm the other person nor will it stop them but it stops the energy flow. you are the blueprint you are the Authentic Version and no one can Imitate that or take it away from you.
